Basketball Recap: Ridgewood Takes a Loss

Ridgewood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 58-22 loss at the hands of the Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs. The Rebels were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in February.

Ridgewood's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Riverside-Brookfield, the victory made it two in a row for them and also bumps their season record up to 2-5.

Ridgewood will face off against Aurora East at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Riverside-Brookfield, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Nazareth Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Nazareth Academy will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Riverside-Brookfield surely won't give up without a fight.
