Basketball Recap: Nooksack Valley Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Nooksack Valley came into Wednesday's contest having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against the Oak Harbor Wildcats by a score of 71-62 on Wednesday. That's more bragging rights for the Pioneers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The win got Nooksack Valley back to even at 8-8. As for Oak Harbor, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-14.

When Nooksack Valley and Oak Harbor next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Nooksack Valley will square off against Lynden and their 19-game winning streak at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Similarly, Oak Harbor will try to stop Squalicum's four-game winning streak when the meet at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
