Basketball Game Preview: Legend Titans vs. Valor Christian Eagles + How To Watch

The Legend Titans will challenge the Valor Christian Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

After dropping their season opener at home, Valor Christian is headed out to face a Titans team ready to give their home crowd a win. Legend received a blow on Monday as they fell 56-41 to Denver East.

Meanwhile, Valor Christian had to kick off their season on the road on Monday, but they showed no ill effects. They claimed a resounding 69-40 win over Rock Canyon. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 37-14.

Legend better keep an eye on Peyton Jones. She was instrumental in Valor Christian's win, shooting 53% from the field on her way to 19 points and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Camryn Gunter, who went 5-for-12 to rack up 13 points and six rebounds.

Legend beat Valor Christian 67-59 when the teams last played back in March. Will the Titans repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
