Baseball Recap: American Leadership Academy Takes a Loss

American Leadership Academy was the 5-1 winner over Providence Hall when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The American Leadership Academy Eagles lost 10-2 to the Providence Hall Patriots on Saturday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Andrew Ward was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one double. Ward is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: he's snagged at least one every time he's taken the field this season. Daxen Stream also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

American Leadership Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Providence Hall, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, American Leadership Academy will challenge Carbon at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Providence Hall, they will face off against South Summit at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
