Football Game Recap: Nanakuli vs. Leilehua

Leilehua were fully in charge on Friday, breezing past Nanakuli 63-12. That result is just more of the same for Leilehua, who also won the last time these teams played.

Leilehua's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 28 points in the first half. Nanakuli came up with 12 to make it 28-12 heading into the break. The offense for Leilehua continued to do well in the second half, scoring another 35 points to put the game away. The win bumped their record up to 3-1. Nanakuli are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-4.

Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Leilehua will look to defend their home turf next week against 'Iolani at 6:00 PM. Nanakuli will look to defend their home turf next week against Castle at 6:30 PM. With the two teams each stumbling in off of a loss, both will be hungry for the victory.
