Softball Recap: Sipsey Valley Bears vs. Northridge Jaguars
Sipsey Valley waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Northridge Jaguars 16-6. That's more bragging rights for the Bears, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Barkely Higginbotham spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and three unearned) runs on four hits.

At the plate, Katie Grace Lowery was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one home run, four runs, and five RBI. Those five RBI gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Maggie Hooper, who scored a run while going 3-for-5.
