Basketball Recap: Griffin Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Harris County, Griffin was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They managed a 34-29 victory over the Central Lions. This was a revenge game for the Bears: when they faced off against the Lions last Saturday, they had to take a 24-23 defeat.

Griffin's win bumped their record up to 11-13. As for Central, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 14-10.

Griffin has already played their next matchup (against Jonesboro), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Central Lions take on the Harris County Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
