Softball Game Preview: Hickory Red Tornadoes vs. North Lincoln Knights

Hickory hasn't had much luck against North Lincoln recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Red Tornadoes will host the Knights at 4:30 p.m. Hickory has given up an average of 10 runs per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Monday just wasn't the day for Hickory's offense. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (15-0), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. Having soared to a lofty 15 runs in the game before, their shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

With the loss, North Lincoln broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 17-6. As for Hickory, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-12.
