Recap: Indian Valley Braves vs. Tuscarawas Valley Trojans

The Indian Valley Braves came tearing into Tuesday's contest with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.5 points) and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 54-44 win over Tuscarawas Valley. Given Indian Valley's advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 101st, while Tuscarawas Valley is ranked 309th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Tuscarawas Valley lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being John Leffler, who scored 17 points along with three steals. Cole Kuykendall was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with three steals.
