Football Game Preview: Cleveland Hill vs. Chautauqua Lake/Westfield

If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Cleveland Hill. On Saturday they will take on Chautauqua Lake/Westfield at 2:00 PM. Cleveland Hill have bulldozed their previous five opponents, so Chautauqua Lake/Westfield might have their hands full.

Cleveland Hill might be getting used to good results now that the team has six wins in a row. Everything came up roses for them against Kennedy last Saturday as the squad secured a 62-18 win. Senior Aaron Wahler, who rushed for 204 yards and 4 touchdowns, was a major factor in Cleveland Hill's success. This marked the 6th contest in which Wahler has rushed for over 100 yards.

Meanwhile, their game two weeks ago wasn't at all kind to Chautauqua Lake/Westfield, but their most recent match may have softened the blow. They took their match against Silver Creek/Forestville Central 21-8.

Their wins bumped Cleveland Hill to 6-1 and Chautauqua Lake/Westfield to 4-3. We'll see which team can carry over their success and which team inevitably falls when Cleveland Hill and Chautauqua Lake/Westfield clash.
