Ian Calvillo Game Report: @ Los Osos

On Tuesday Ian Calvillo tossed two innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. The effort marked the fewest hits Calvillo has had since back in February. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his third in a row with less than one earned run. For the season, he has an ERA of 1.17 over 18 innings pitched.

Looking ahead, Calvillo and Centennial will face off against Brea Olinda at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Sadly, Calvillo's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Huskies' five-game streak of wins on the road. With the streak broken, Calvillo and the Huskies surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Wednesday's match.
