Volleyball Game Preview: Cordova Lancers vs. Grant Pacers

The Cordova Lancers will challenge the Grant Pacers at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cordova will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Last Thursday, Cordova beat Kennedy 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 21-25, 25-17, 25-18.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Grant, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over Antelope on Thursday.

While Grant might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Antelope scored at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-21, 23-25, 25-18.

Grant's victory bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Cordova, they pushed their record up to 12-5 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

Cordova beat Grant 3-1 in their previous matchup back in March of 2022. Will Cordova repeat their success, or does Grant has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
