Baseball Game Preview: Gibbs Gladiators vs. Booker Fighting Tornadoes

Gibbs is 1-9 against Booker since March of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Gladiators will head out on the road to challenge the Fighting Tornadoes at 7:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Gibbs fell victim to Lakeland and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 16-0 to the Dreadnaughts.

Booker might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 12-2 to Sarasota Military Academy, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.

Booker's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Gibbs, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-10.

Gibbs might still be hurting after the 18-0 loss they got from Booker when the teams last played back in February. Can the Gladiators avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
