Basketball Recap: Union Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Union challenged St. James on Tuesday. The Union Wildcats took a 50-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. James Tigers. The Wildcats' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Union's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for St. James, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-3.

Union will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Sullivan at 5:30 p.m. on February 10th. As for St. James, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Helias at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
