Jabril Daniels' Big Game Leads Fort Hill over Allegany

Starting off the list is Fort Hill's Jabril Daniels, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Daniels rushed for 126 yards and three touchdowns on only six carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 59 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

Allegany had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Daniels it was a similar story. Last Saturday (the last time Daniels saw the Campers), he rushed for 108 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 carries.

Liam Stewart's Rushing Yards a New Career-High

Liam Stewart posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 83 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 148 yards and two touchdowns. He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 66 yards.

The victory got Northern Garrett back to even at 5-5. Stewart and Northern Garrett will challenge Mountain Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Braelyn Younger Makes It Two for Fort Hill

Another Fort Hill player making an appearance on this list is Braelyn Younger. He made three total tackles (1.0 for loss).

Carson Bender put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in October of 2023 on Friday. He made eight total tackles and defended three passes. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making eight total tackles and defending three passes.

Big Game from Ross As Northern Garrett Won 42-0

Ross must have Southern's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Last Friday (the last time Ross saw the Rams), he rushed for 74 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries.
