Volleyball Game Preview: Noble Bears vs. Newcastle Racers

Noble hasn't had much luck against Newcastle recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Bears will head out to take on the Racers at 6:00 p.m. Noble will be strutting in after a win while Newcastle will be coming in after a defeat.

Newcastle will be up against a hot Noble squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. The Bears came out on top against Guthrie by a score of 3-1 on Monday.

Meanwhile, Newcastle came up short against Carl Albert on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Racers have struggled against the Titans recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Newcastle's loss dropped their record down to 11-17. As for Noble, their victory bumped their record up to 17-13-1.

Noble came out on top in a nail-biter against Newcastle in their previous matchup back in September, sneaking past 2-1. Will the Bears repeat their success, or do the Racers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
