Volleyball Recap: Tiana Orffer and Anna Sheeran Secure Win for North Thurston

With a playoff win on the line, North Thurston rose to the challenge on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Prairie Falcons. The Rams haven't had any issues with the Falcons recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

North Thurston was dominant in they sets they won, taking each by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 20-25, 25-15, 25-14.

Leading North Thurston to victory were Anna Sheeran and Tiana Orffer. Sheeran had 19 digs and two aces, while Orffer had 13 digs. Sheeran has been hot, having posted 12 or more digs the last six times she's played.

North Thurston's record is now 27-1. As for Prairie, with the loss, they broke their five-match winning streak and moved their record to 19-7.

North Thurston wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Mt. Spokane on the 22nd. As for Prairie, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Bellevue on the 22nd.
