Softball Recap: Calvary Baptist Academy Picks Up 13th Straight Win at Home

Calvary Baptist Academy had already won five in a row dating back to last season (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 runs) and they went ahead and made it six on Thursday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Evangel Christian Academy Eagles a 19-0 shutout. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cavaliers also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Addison Willis looked comfortable as she pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off four hits. What's more, she also gave up only zero walks, the fewest she's had since back in April of 2024.
