Volleyball Recap: Science Leadership Academy at Beeber Falls to Nueva Esperanza in First Game of Season

Science Leadership Academy at Beeber unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost 3-0 to Nueva Esperanza on Wednesday. The Rockets were not able to make up for their defeat to Nueva Esperanza from their previous meeting back in September of 2023.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Science Leadership Academy at Beeber and Kensington will shake off the rust and duke it out at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Nueva Esperanza, they will square off against Olney at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The game will give Nueva Esperanza their first taste of in-conference action this season.
