Softball Recap: Theodore Takes a Loss

Theodore was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 15-4 to the St. Paul's Episcopal Saints. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bobcats of the 10-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Elizabeth Pettis was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-2.

Theodore's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for St. Paul's Episcopal, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Theodore will welcome Davidson at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. St. Paul's Episcopal will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Jackson at 6:00 p.m. on March 10th.
