Volleyball Recap: Richard Wright Public Charter School Takes a Loss

Richard Wright Public Charter School was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 16th straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Friendship Collegiate Academy Knights. The Spartans were not able to make up for their loss to the Knights from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Richard Wright Public Charter School's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Friendship Collegiate Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Richard Wright Public Charter School is set to square off against their familiar foe Idea at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Friendship Collegiate Academy will take on rival Girls Global Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
