Prescott won the last time they faced Lee Williams and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Badgers blew past the Volunteers 10-1. The result was nothing new for the Badgers, who have now won eight matchups by nine runs or more so far this season.

Adrian Sanderford made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out eight over six innings pitched. Sanderford was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with three RBI.

In other batting news, Prescott got a massive performance out of Lucas Tobin, who went 3-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI. The Badgers are undefeated when Tobin posts two or more runs, but 3-4 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Nick Martin, who scored three runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Prescott hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They are a perfect 6-0 when they post two or more strikeouts.

Prescott's win was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-4. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.5 runs over those games. As for Lee Williams, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-9.

Prescott will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Volunteers: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:45 p.m. on Friday.
