Basketball Recap: Marshall County Comes Up Short

Marshall County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 47-36 to the Creek Wood Red Hawks.

Despite the loss, Marshall County still got an impressive performance from Ke'Marion Allen, who posted 15 points along with six boards and five assists. The matchup was Allen's sixth in a row with at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Marks Mitchell, who scored four points and eight rebounds.

Marshall County's loss dropped their record down to 13-16. As for Creek Wood, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-19.
