Kenwood extended their winning streak to four on Saturday, bumping them up to 4-1. They walked away with a 28-20 victory over the Simeon Wolverines. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Broncos also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2024.

Kenyonte Louis was his usual excellent self, throwing for 257 yards and two TDs while picking up 12.2 yards per attempt, and also rushing for 52 yards and one score. Another player making a difference was Drake Harris, who picked up 138 receiving yards and one touchdown.

As for Simeon, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-3. Surprisingly, this marked their fifth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Simeon's loss came despite strong showings from Anthony Croom Jr. and Raymond Liggins. Croom Jr. threw for 207 yards and a pair of TDs, while Liggins picked up 78 receiving yards and one score.
