Aiden Sowell gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in April of 2024 on Friday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out 12 over six innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Broaddus is 2-1 when he allows at most two earned runs, but 1-4 otherwise.

Coming up, Sowell and Broaddus will head out to challenge Kennard at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Thanks in part to Sowell's efforts, the Bulldogs will roll in on a three-game winning streak.
