New Castle gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Union County Patriots as they made off with a 7-0 victory. Jack Bertram was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

New Castle wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Connersville on the 19th. As for Union County, they have also already played their next game, a 3-2 victory against Franklin County on the 19th.
