Basketball Recap: Woodstock North Comes Up Short

Woodstock North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 60-47 to the Harvard Hornets. The Thunder were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Hornets apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Woodstock North's loss dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Harvard, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 12-11.

Woodstock North is taking a road trip to square off against Johnsburg at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Johnsburg will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Woodstock North surely won't give up without a fight. As for Harvard, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Sandwich at 7:00 p.m.
