Basketball Recap: Manchester Takes a Loss

Manchester lost against Hanover-Horton back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Manchester Flying Dutchmen lost 59-33 to the Hanover-Horton Comets. While losing is never fun, the Flying Dutchmen can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 649th, while the Comets are ranked 306th).

This is the second loss in a row for Manchester and nudges their season record down to 2-9. As for Hanover-Horton, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-5.

Manchester has already played their next matchup (against Napoleon), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Hanover-Horton has also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against Columbia Central.
