Volleyball Recap: St. Michael the Archangel Has No Trouble Against Belton

St. Michael the Archangel not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since May 13, 2024. Everything went their way against the Belton Pirates as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Guardians haven't had any issues with the Pirates recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

St. Michael the Archangel's got stronger as the match went on, holding Belton to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-12, 25-11.

St. Michael the Archangel's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Belton, they now have a losing record of 2-3-1.

Coincidentally, St. Michael the Archangel and Belton will both be playing Lee's Summit West the next time they take the court. The Pirates will head out to face the Titans at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Guardians will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
