Basketball Recap: Fredericktown Takes a Loss

Fredericktown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 54-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Notre Dame Bulldogs. While losing is never fun, the Black Cats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 320th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 130th).

Fredericktown's defeat dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Notre Dame, they now have a winning record of 14-13.

Fredericktown does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Notre Dame, they will face off against Dexter at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
