Recap: Harrah Panthers vs. Bethel Wildcats
After a string of three wins, the Harrah Panthers's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They were the victim of a rough 57-32 defeat at the hands of Bethel. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Harrah in their matchups with Bethel: they've now lost four in a row.
Harrah lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Sayler Eaton, who scored nine points along with five rebounds and three steals. Gabby Sawyer was another key contributor, scoring four points along with five rebounds.
Harrah's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Bethel, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.
Harrah will be playing at home against McLoud at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. McLoud is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. As for Bethel, they will head out on the road to challenge North Rock Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
