Basketball Recap: Community Baptist Christian Sets Scoring Season-High Against Heritage Hall Christian

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Community Baptist Christian). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Heritage Hall Christian Patriots 91-52. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Community Baptist Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Titus Clifton, who almost dropped a double-double with 19 points and nine boards. Clifton continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last four games he's played. Sam Maller was another key player, going 11-for-22 en route to 28 points and three steals.

Community Baptist Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 19 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've posted since back in November of 2023.

The win made it two in a row for Community Baptist Christian and bumps their season record up to 10-7. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 32.5 points.
