Lyford entered their tilt with Freer on Friday with five consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with six. They had just enough and edged out the Freer Buckaroos 9-7.
Deveric Trevino looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits any time he's pitched this season.
On the hitting side, Lyford let Diego Medina and Gael Silva run wild. Medina went 1-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI, while Silva scored a run while going 2-for-3.
