Soccer Recap: Ringgold Comes Up Short

Ringgold lost against South Park back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Rams came up short against the Eagles, falling 7-0. While losing is never fun, Ringgold can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 369th, while South Park are ranked 65th).

Ringgold's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for South Park, the win was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-1-1.

Coincidentally, Ringgold and South Park will both be playing McGuffey the next time they take the pitch. The Eagles will head out to face the Highlanders at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Rams will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
