After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Coral Reef, Sunset was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 56-7 victory over the Hialeah-Miami Lakes Trojans. With the Knights ahead 42-7 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

The win got Sunset back to even at 1-1. As for Hialeah-Miami Lakes, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Sunset is set to square off against their familiar foe Varela at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Hialeah-Miami Lakes will take on rival Coral Park at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. The contest will give the Trojans their first taste of in-conference action this season.
