Newark is 7-0 against Teays Valley since December of 2014 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Newark Wildcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Teays Valley Vikings at 6:00 p.m.

It was a proper cat-fight when Newark took on Pickerington Central on Tuesday. The matchup between Newark and Pickerington Central didn't end well, with Newark falling 51-32. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.

Teays Valley fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Canal Winchester on Tuesday, sneaking past 43-40.

Teays Valley's win bumped their record up to 7-13. As for Newark, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-5.

Newark strolled past Teays Valley in their previous matchup back in January by a score of 50-33. Does Newark have another victory up their sleeve, or will Teays Valley turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
