Volleyball Recap: Concordia Extends Winning Streak to Three

Concordia entered their tilt with David City on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Scouts with a sharp 3-0 win.

Concordia never let David City on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-16, 25-22.

Concordia's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Alyse Moulton led the charge by getting 15 assists and nine digs. That's the most digs Moulton has posted since back in October. Natalie Perkinson was another key player, getting 13 assists and five digs.

Concordia's victory bumped their record up to 29-8. As for David City, their defeat dropped their record down to 22-10.

Looking ahead, Concordia will square off against Ashland-Greenwood at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. David City does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
