Soccer Recap: Campbell Comes Up Short in High-Profile Match with Mililani

On Saturday, Campbell faced Mililani in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Campbell Sabers fell just short of the Mililani Trojans by a score of 2-1. The Sabers have struggled against the Trojans recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Campbell's goal came courtesy of Bryson Ancheta, who's now up to four this season.

Campbell's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-2-2. As for Mililani, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 13-0.

Campbell will take on Kaiser at 3:30 p.m. on February 3rd. Campbell is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.9 goals per game this season. Mililani does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
