Wilmington put their dominant pitchers on display in the team's third consecutive shutout on Friday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Gardner-South Wilmington Panthers a 10-0 shutout. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by eight runs or more this season.

Kettman is becoming a predictor of Wilmington's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 4-5 when he doesn't).

He has become a key player for Wilmington: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 4-5 otherwise.
