Baseball Recap: Granger Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Granger faced off against Rosebud-Lott on Tuesday. The Lions lost 17-1 to the Cougars. The Lions haven't had much luck with the Cougars recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Granger saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ryder Bice, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI. That double marked the first that Bice has hit this season.

Granger's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Rosebud-Lott, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 17-8-1.

Granger does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Rosebud-Lott, they will host Bartlett at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
