Volleyball Recap: Surry Central Golden Eagles vs. East Surry Cardinals
Surry Central lost against East Surry on September 11th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Golden Eagles took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cardinals. While the Golden Eagles didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Cardinals 25-21 in the first set.
Surry Central started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-15, 25-16, 26-24.
