Basketball Game Preview: Cleveland Indians vs. New Caney Eagles

The Cleveland Indians will challenge the New Caney Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Tuesday, Cleveland ended up a good deal behind College Park and lost 62-45. The defeat continues a trend for the Indians in their matchups with the Cavaliers: they've now lost six in a row.

Meanwhile, New Caney played a tough matchup on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 58-25 loss at the hands of The Woodlands.

Cleveland's defeat dropped their record down to 6-22. As for New Caney, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-22 record this season.

Cleveland came out on top in a nail-biter against New Caney in their previous matchup back in January, sneaking past 51-48. Will Cleveland repeat their success, or does New Caney have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
