Soccer Game Preview: Freedom vs. Liberty

The Freedom Falcons will head out to face off against the Liberty Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Freedom comes in on three and Liberty on five.

Freedom will bounce into Friday's match after beating Heritage, who they had gone 1-7-1 against in their nine prior meetings. Freedom's defense stepped up to hand Heritage a 1-0 shutout on Tuesday. The Falcons wouldn't have won without Mya Morales, who scored the game-winner.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Liberty duked it out withAntioch on Tuesday. Liberty blew past Antioch 8-1. Considering the Lions have won four contests by more than three goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Freedom's win bumped their record up to 7-5-3. As for Liberty, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-2-2.
