South Haven extended the longest winning streak in South Central Border (8 Man) this week by beating Udall, 62-12. The victory was the sixth in a row for the Cardinals.
Oxford and Sedan played the most hotly contested game in the league this week, with Oxford eventually emerging with a 26-24 victory.
Kasey Biddle and Kasey Biddle gave Central a balanced attack through the air and ground last week. Biddle threw for 49 yards and two touchdowns, while Biddle ran for 111 yards. Brett Magner also contributed to the rushing game with 109 yards on the ground.
Alex Perez was the best wideout in the league this week as the Eagles fell to South Haven. Perez racked up two receptions for 64 yards. Tylor Kistler helped Udall's passing attack out by catching one ball for 10 yards.
6-foot-4 quarterback Michael Propst of Udall is the league leader in passing yards this season with 584. He has also thrown nine touchdowns. On the ground, the Raiders' Austin Mettling has rushed for 521 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Zane Mills. The Sedan star has 17 catches for 286 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Wildcats take on Central. As it stands, Oxford is in fourth, while Romney Runyon's team is in second.
