Wheaton North won the last time they faced Batavia and things went their way on Monday too. The Falcons came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 4-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Falcons.
Makayla Grantz was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed seven innings while giving up just one earned run off six hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI.
