Volleyball Recap: Brooklyn Center Takes a Loss

Brooklyn Center was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Columbia Heights Hylanders. If the Centaurs were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Hylanders when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Brooklyn Center's record now sits at 3-16. As for Columbia Heights, with the victory, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 2-10.

Brooklyn Center wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against DeLaSalle on the 25th. As for Columbia Heights, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-2 win against Minneapolis North on the 24th.
