Basketball Recap: Crestview Picks Up Fourth Straight Win at Home

Crestview had won three straight home games and Addison Rhodes did her part to make it four on Thursday. The Crestview Rebels breezed by the Garfield G-Men to the tune of 57-11 thanks in part to Rhodes, who posted 24 points in addition to six boards and three steals. The matchup was her eighth in a row with at least ten points.

Another player making a difference was Kerrigan Miller, who put up five points and five steals. That's the most steals she has posted since back in January of 2024.

Crestview is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.9 points per game. As for Garfield, they now have a losing record at 4-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Crestview will take on LaBrae at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Crestview has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 174 points over their last three contests. As for Garfield, they will square off against Brookfield at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
