Cypress Falls has gone a perfect 3-0 against Northbrook recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Eagles will welcome the Raiders at 6:30 p.m. Cypress Falls will be strutting in after a win while Northbrook will be coming in after a loss.

Cypress Falls is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past Cypress Creek 63-31 on Friday. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Cypress Falls found their leader in sophomore Deron Simpson, who rushed for 181 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only seven carries, and also picked up 35 receiving yards and one TD. Those 181 rushing yards set a new season-high mark for Simpson. Another player making a difference was Gabriel Wilson, who rushed for 78 yards and a pair of scores on only seven carries.

On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Cypress Falls' defensive line and their eight sacks. Albert Allen was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up two himself. Liam Madkins got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Special teams played a big role in the game for Cypress Falls, adding 21 points to the final score. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Andre Lewis, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown.
