Cretin-Derham Hall's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Tommy Ahneman led the charge by dropping a double-double on 25 points and 17 boards. The contest was Ahneman's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Joe Mitchell, who almost dropped a double-double on 21 points and nine assists.

Meanwhile, Roseville ended up a good deal behind Park Center on Friday and lost 88-71. The defeat continues a trend for the Raiders in their matchups with the Pirates: they've now lost three in a row.

Cretin-Derham Hall pushed their record up to 9-0 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 88.3 points per game. As for Roseville, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6.
