Basketball Recap: Allentown Central Catholic Triumphs

Allentown Central Catholic won the last time they faced Parkland and things went their way on Monday too. The Allentown Central Catholic Vikings secured a 53-47 W over the Parkland Trojans. The 53-point effort marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Allentown Central Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Parkland, their loss ended a 12-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-4.

Allentown Central Catholic will finish 2024 at home by hosting Frankford at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Parkland, they will be taking part in a tournament against Penncrest at 1:45 p.m. on Monday.
